The 5-course seasonal menu

  • Starter: Sourdough homemade bread with olives and extra virgin olive oil
  • Appetizer: Cheese pie with hand-made phyllo dough, feta from Monemvasia, and honey from Parnonas Mt
  • Salad: Zucchini ceviche with peach, freshly cut herbs, and Sfela cheese from Mani
  • Main course: Smocked Eggplant Imam with Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil and feta from Monemvasia.
  • Dessert: Chocolate mousse with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt handpicked from Mani
  • Paired wines: Retsina, a Natural biodynamic Greek wine & Rose Natural regenerative wine
