A sustainable culinary day

Embark on a journey of discovery and connection with nature during your 2024 holiday through our Organic Farming Workshop. At the heart of our mission, supported by Mastercard®, is our dedication to advocating for green skills and sustainable practices.

Join us for an immersive workshop at our organic garden, where experienced organic farmers will guide you in gaining practical skills and knowledge related to sustainable agriculture. Delve into the world of urban farming, learning about nutritional autonomy and the basics of sustainable food production. Engage in a communal table experience, where you'll cook with ingredients sourced from our garden, fostering solidarity and supporting a greater cause.

Nature's Harvest

Discover the world of urban farming with our Organic Farming Workshop. Join us for an enriching experience at the organic vegetable garden, where theory meets hands-on practice. Led by experienced organic farmers, delve into the principles of organic farming and learn techniques to ensure sustainability and nutritional value. Gain valuable knowledge and practical skills related to nutritional autonomy and the basics of urban farming, whether you're a novice or a seasoned gardener.

But the experience goes beyond just learning! Our workshop culminates in a communal table experience, where participants cook with garden-fresh produce and dine together, fostering solidarity and supporting a greater cause. Portions of the prepared food are later donated to those in need through “Boroume”, a non-profit organization aiming to reduce food waste and insecurity in Greece. As a token of appreciation, participants receive seeds to continue their sustainable practices at home. Join us for an unforgettable journey of learning, connection, and giving back to the community.
